Our Meringue Mix is complete - no need to add sugar or vanilla. Just add water to make meringue topping, chiffon desserts or crunchy meringue cookies. Adding boiling hot simple syrup while whipping for an easy seven minute frosting. It even makes an excellent batter for onion rings!
Each 24 oz. package of our Meringue Mix is about four cups. This will create enough whipped meringue to cover at least eight pies or to produce eight dozen 3" French meringue nests /shells or about forty dozen 1½" canapés or cookies.
