Dark Caramel Dessert Sauce

 Indispensable is the only way to describe our Dark Caramel Dessert Sauce.  This sophisticated sauce has a deep, complex flavor that is not as sweet as our Creme Caramel Dessert Sauce.  When added to powdered sugar and a bit of hot water it makes a wonderful caramel glaze for scones, pastries, etc. A little can be added to Crème Brûlée for just a hint of caramel.  Besides using it as a topping on ice cream, bread pudding, crepes, brownies, etc., it can also be used to flavor our Bavarois and Ladyfinger Charlottes.
