Simply mix the powder with boiling milk and heavy whipping cream or half & half. Stir, pour into the desired vessel, chill and finish off with brûléed sugar or any one of our Gourmet Finales Dessert Sauces!

Because no baking is involved, this custard may be prepared and served in champagne glasses, tart shells, ramekins and more. Your imagination is the only limitation!

The 10 oz. container will yield at least 1½ quarts of custard, the 20 oz. container yields approximately 3 quarts of custard, the 5 lb. bag yields 12 quarts of custard and the 10 lb. bag will yield 24 quarts (6 gallons) of custard.

This custard is very rich and decadent, as such, a 1/2 cup serving is very generous and filling!
