Mini Bouchées, Round - 1¼"

Do you love puff pastry but hate all the hassle?  Try our Mini Bouchées!  Delicate, flaky pastry perfect for bite size canapés or desserts!  Each shell holds about two teaspoons of filling. (Allow 1 tablespoon of filling per shell if you prefer a taller presentation.)  These delicious pastries are baked and ready to use; however, the empty shells may also be baked in the oven for a few minutes to re-crisp and warm or to finish cooking hot filling.  Each mini Bouchées measures approximately 1.25" in diameter and .75" high.
